About

Why this exists

Because earning well in dollars is not the same as building wealth, and nobody teaches the step in between.

Who is behind it

I spent about 20 years inside American companies in the function that decides how much people get paid: pay ranges, job levels, job architecture, bonuses, equity and benefits packages. I saw thousands of pay decisions from the inside.

When a Brazilian joins an American company, they get the same package as everyone else and no explanation. The HR email arrives with forty pages, the pay stub has six deduction lines nobody walks through, and the RSUs vest with a tax bill nobody warned about. It is not a lack of intelligence. The system was never written with newcomers in mind.

What I believe

  • Earning power is the first asset. A career and compensation decision is a money decision.
  • Margin is where it starts. The gap between what comes in and what goes out funds everything else.
  • Ownership is the goal. Assets that pay you make work optional. That is the freedom I am talking about.
  • Free is the default. Education should be free. Paid products exist for people who want structure and support.
  • Education, not advice. Principles explained, math shown. Your decisions are yours, ideally with a qualified professional when things get complex.

What you will not find here

Profit screenshots, promised returns, stock picks, invented urgency and the word secret. If the topic calls for a licensed professional, I will say so instead of selling you something.
