Once a month, members bring their own pay stub, benefits summary or offer letter, and we go through it live. You see your case and you learn from everyone else's. Almost nobody offers this, because almost nobody spent twenty years deciding pay ranges, job levels and benefits packages from the employer's side.

45 minutes, recorded.
You send the question ahead, I answer it live. If you cannot make it, you get the recording. Over time this becomes the most complete answer library on the American paycheck.

What is not here
Buy or sell recommendations, suggested portfolios, trade signals, or anything that requires a license I do not hold. This is education about how the American pay and benefits system works. When your situation calls for a licensed professional, I will say so instead of selling you something.
A note on language
This site is in English because that is the language of your paycheck. The community itself, the live reviews and the Q&A, runs in Portuguese, because money questions are easier to ask in your own language.
